Yoga-Supported Psychotherapy

Wherever we go, there we are. Yoga-supported psychotherapy can help us feel a little bit more grounded wherever

we find ourselves.

Finding Space Within

Yoga-supported psychotherapy combines traditional talk therapy with mindful movement, breathwork, and body-based awareness to support emotional healing. This integrative approach recognizes that mental health is connected to the body, and that physical sensations, movement, and breathing patterns can provide valuable insight into thoughts, emotions, and lived experiences. You do not need prior yoga experience, flexibility, or a particular fitness level to participate.

In sessions, you may be invited to notice bodily sensations, practice gentle movement, explore breathing techniques, or use mindfulness exercises alongside conversation. These practices are adapted to your comfort, needs, culture, and therapeutic goals. Participation is always optional, and you remain in control of what feels appropriate for you at every stage of the process.

*Yoga-supported therapy is individualized and supportive and is not a substitute for medical or mental health care. Yoga in psychotherapy is a supportive intervention that is added to therapy, not replace it.
